| 3 Tbsp. tomato paste |
| 3 1/2 cups cooked or frozengreen beans |
| 1 egg, beaten |
Directions:
Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. In a large frying pan brown onion and beef. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain meat and place in casserole dish. Pour soup over hamburger, top with green beans. Pour hot water (160°-180°F) into a large bowl, add Idaho's Finest Mashed all at once and stir with a wire whisk to combine. Allow to stand one minute. Mound potatoes on top. Brush potatoes with beaten egg. Bake for 30 minutes.
