Ingredients:
  • 28 oz. Idaho's Finest Cheddar Mashed Potatoes
  • 12 cups hot (160°-180°F) water
  • 3/4 c. milk (heavy cream can be used instead of milk)
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 lb. Bacon fully cooked and diced
  • 1 tsp. White Pepper
  • 3/4 c. Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (optional)


    Directions:
    Pour hot water (160°-180°F) into a large bowl, add Idaho's Finest Cheddar Mashed all at once and stir with a wire whisk to combine. Allow to stand one minute. Add milk, butter, bacon, parsley and white pepper. Combine ingredients thoroughly. Place in hotel pan. Bake at 350° for15-20 minutes, covered. Garnish with cheddar cheese, if desired.
