Ingredients:
  • 6 cups boiling water
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) bean and bacon soup (undiluted)
  • 1 package (17 oz.) Idaho's Finest Au Gratin Potatoes and sauce mix
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups cubed ham




    Directions:
    Preheat oven to 400°F or 350°F for convection oven. In a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish combine all listed ingredients. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
